We've spent years around fabric, understanding what it actually does when a woman moves in it, not just how it looks hanging still. And we kept noticing a gap: ethnic wear that looked beautiful in photos but felt like a costume by noon. Nobody was building for the in-between, for the woman who wants to feel rooted in her culture and completely herself while she runs her day.
